CBV (Ceramic Lined Ball Valve)

Ceramics are well-suited for abrasive or erosive applications and also allow for use in aggressive and high pressure applications. Ceramic materials offer excellent corrosion resistance, are suitable for use in a wide range of organic or inorganic chemicals and are the only components wetted by the process media. Ceramic lined ball valves are highly resistant to cavitation and can be used in services with high differential and high velocity.
Housings are manufactured from 304 stainless steel for durability against environmental corrosion and the standard ceramic offering of zirconia is (9) times more wear resistant than carbon steel.
CBV ceramic lined ball valves are ideal for use in:
